The Louisiana Roux Collection

These are Señor Wood's roux spoons. All of them are hand cut, handcrafted and embellished out of different hardwoods  right here in Louisiana. Smooth to the touch and to the tongue. These spoons are soaked and sealed in food grade Mineral Oil and are safe to use!  Being sealed with the food grade mineral oil, makes cleaning them a breeze! These spoons are also wonderful for all your non-stick cookware and are even more on a cast iron skillet to make a good southern Roux! The roux spoons are shaped to get to the edges of the pan, the places where bits can stick and burn. Great for stirring, stir frying and sautéing!
